Government Hotel Per Diem Rate
Restrictions

To qualify for the Government Per Diem Hotel Rate the following restrictions apply:

• Must be traveling on government business and either a U.S. federal government or state government employee
• U.S. federal government and state government employees (other than Illinois employees) will receive the Federal Per Diem Rate.
• Illinois state government employees will receive the Illinois Sate Per Diem Lodging Rate with the Illinois State Per Diem breakfast rate for continental breakfast.
• Valid photo federal or state government issued I.D. required at check-in
• NOT available to leisure travelers or government contractors. Leisure travelers please visit Leisure Lodging. Government contractors please visit Business Lodging.
• Limit 1 person per room—NO exceptions
• Closed to Friday or Saturday arrival
• May require 2 night minimum stay
• Not available with any other special, promotion, coupon, discount, or gift certificate
• PREFERRED ROOM TYPE is NOT GUARANTEED—room will be assigned on arrival based on availability
